Quattro Standard Features

The Quattro Laser 1,000W (2,000W option) Processing Machine is a completely new design combining the latest developments in machine, Computer Numerical Control and laser resonator technologies.

  1. Compact Design - Flying optics laser with integrated structure (Oscillator, power supply, computer numerical control and processing table).
  2. 1000 watt laser source can cut up to 0.250” carbon steel and up to 0.500” carbon steel with optional 2000 watt laser.
  3. Lower running cost and maintenance cost - Standard nozzle: 1.5mm/dia. (consumption of assist gas is 50% of standard 2mm nozzle). Electric power consumption 39kVA.
  4. Easy to operate - Flying optics with cantilever: access from Front or either side. Simple operation panel.
  5. High performance / cost ratio - Simple Design (one piece construction of frame and table) processes most commonly used materials.
